Position Overview
Vinnie Mac Restoration Marketing is looking for a motivated and talented Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves cold calling, scheduled follow-up, and appointment booking with water damage, fire, and mold restoration contractors across the country. From day one, you'll begin building a database to nurture business relationships. We provide the leads, equipment, technology, systems, and training to ensure you hit your professional and personal goals.
As the first point of contact with potential clients, you'll represent our professional brand and introduce restoration contractors to our specialized marketing services that help them generate qualified emergency service leads.
This is an outbound call position for a creative, accountable team player who can problem-solve and think quickly to overcome obstacles. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated with a thick skin, tenacity, and confidence. You must be able to consistently represent our professional brand to the highest level.
Job Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:
- Make a minimum of 100 dials per day to restoration contractors from our provided target business list
- Use proven sales scripts for various situations to engage prospects
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers at restoration companies
- Build rapport and establish relationships with restoration business owners
- Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with leads
Appointment Setting:
- Book qualified decision-makers for appointments in available time slots using our calendar application
- Schedule strategy sessions between restoration contractors and our sales team
- Coordinate follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Manage your pipeline in HighLevel CRM
Database Management:
- Build and maintain a database of prospects and contacts
- Track all calls, conversations, and follow-ups in HighLevel CRM
- Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up
- Keep detailed notes on prospect needs, pain points, and preferences
Flexibility & Accountability:
- Log in anytime between 8 AM to 5 PM CST
- Manage your own calling schedule while meeting daily dial requirements
- Take ownership of your performance metrics and results
- Adapt quickly to overcome obstacles and objections
Key Requirements
Experience:
- Call center or remote appointment setting experience is required
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding set performance standards
- Experience in B2B sales or business development is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with home services, contractors, or restoration industries
Skills:
- Excellent communication and conversational skills
- Ability to tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with leads
- Strong listening skills to understand prospect needs and pain points
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection with resilience
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Self-motivated with an energetic, self-starter attitude
