Position Overview

As a Sales Closer at Vinnie Mac Restoration Marketing, you'll be converting qualified appointments into long-term client partnerships. Our experienced appointment setters do the heavy lifting of prospecting, so you can focus primarily on what you do best: closing qualified prospects who are already interested and building relationships with warm pipeline opportunities. You'll conduct discovery calls with pre-screened restoration contractors who need our specialized marketing services to grow their businesses.


The Numbers That Matter

  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • Commission: 30% on every deal you close
  • Your Earning Potential: $120,000 - $150,000+ annually
  • Deal Values: Ranging from $1,500 to $5,000 per client
  • Appointment Volume: Currently 25-30 qualified appointments monthly (growing)
  • Expected Close Rate: 40% minimum, targeting 50%+

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Closing:

  • Convert qualified appointments set by our experienced appointment setter team
  • Conduct discovery calls with pre-screened restoration contractors
  • Close deals with 40% minimum close rate, targeting 50%+ as appointment volume grows
  • Present our proven marketing strategies with case studies, testimonials, and ROI data
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms to create win-win partnerships

Relationship Building:

  • Nurture existing pipeline relationships to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with contractors who trust our proven results
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with warm prospects
  • Create personalized solutions that align with each contractor's business goals

Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and track all prospects in our CRM system
  • Document all calls, conversations, and next steps
  • Prioritize high-value opportunities and warm leads
  • Collaborate with appointment setters to optimize lead quality

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
  • Share insights on what's working to help refine our sales process
  • Stay current on restoration industry trends and challenges
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences 3-4 times per year (all expenses covered)


Key Requirements

The Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience with proven closing ability
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting 40%+ close rates
  • Relationship-focused approach to nurturing warm prospects
  • Natural closer who thrives with qualified, interested prospects
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems (we use HighLevel) and video calling platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and accountability

  • Experience in home services, construction, or restoration industry
  • Understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, lead generation)
  • Previous experience selling to small business owners
  • Experience selling recurring services or retainer-based solutions
