Position Overview
VVinnie Mac is a full-service marketing agency that helps home service and restoration contractors grow their businesses with proven digital marketing strategies. The Social Media Specialist manages the social media presence for a portfolio of restoration clients, building and scheduling content, maintaining platform health, and making sure clients show up consistently and professionally across their channels.
The person in this seat thinks strategically about what social media is supposed to do for each client, researches trends, and brings real creativity to an industry that does not always make it easy. Like the rest of the Content Team, this role manages multiple clients simultaneously, so strong time management and the ability to prioritize across a busy workload are essential.
We do not expect perfection. Social media is fast-moving and visible, and things will occasionally go sideways. What we do expect is accountability, proactivity, and a mindset that is always learning and improving. We are a team that embraces AI tools and expects this role to be an active participant in finding, learning, and implementing them, not as a shortcut, but as a way to do better work.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Creation

- Onboard and offboard clients from social platforms and the scheduling tool
Cross-Team Collaboration & Support

Cross-Team Collaboration & Support
- Follow department SOPs and QA checklists consistently and flag gaps when you spot them

- Contribute to improving templates, documentation, and workflows as the team grows

- Platform issues are caught and resolved quickly before clients notice
- The CS team feels supported and equipped to talk confidently about the value of social media
