Position Overview
Vinnie Mac is a full-service marketing agency that helps home service and restoration contractors grow their businesses with proven digital marketing strategies. The Business Development Representative is responsible for converting qualified appointments into long-term client partnerships, conducting discovery calls with pre-screened restoration contractors, and closing deals with people who are already interested in what we do.
This is not a cold calling role. Our Outbound Sales Specialists handle prospecting, so you can focus on what you do best: running great discovery calls, presenting solutions that actually fit the client, and closing with confidence. You are selling a service that works, backed by real case studies, real results, and a team that delivers. The restoration contractors you will speak with are small to medium business owners who help families and businesses rebuild after their worst moments, and our marketing helps them do more of that work.
If you are relationship-focused, motivated by a clear path to high earnings, and want to sell something you can genuinely stand behind, this role is worth your attention.
