Job Site Check-Ins That Turn Every Job Into Local Content
Your techs snap a few photos and pick a job type. We brand the photos, draft the write-up, and publish to your website's city pages and your Google Business Profile once it's approved. No app, no accounts, and no customer addresses ever go online.
Schedule A Call With UsEverything inside our Job Site Check-Ins
One check-in from the field feeds your website, your Google Business Profile, and your client portal. Here is what your crew and your office actually get.
Crew Check-In Page
Your crew opens a link or scans a QR code, taps their name, and enters a 4-digit PIN. No app to install and no accounts to manage.
- Up to 3 photos per check-in, straight from the phone camera
- Job type, optional notes, and a tap to confirm the area
- Stays signed in for 30 days so techs are not re-entering PINs
Branded Photo Overlays
The featured photo gets your logo, the job type, the neighborhood and the tech's name in your brand colors. Clean copies are kept for the website.
- Colors and logo pulled from your brand kit, or set by hand
- Two overlay layouts, previewed live before you save
- Re-render past photos when your branding changes
Neighborhood-Level Location
The phone's location becomes a neighborhood and two nearby cross streets. Anything that looks like a street address is rejected before it can be saved.
- Coordinates rounded before anything publishes
- Photo metadata (EXIF) stripped from every image
- Choose neighborhood only, or neighborhood plus cross streets
Write-Ups Drafted For You
If the tech leaves the description blank, we draft a 250 to 500 word write-up from the job type and the area. Edit it, regenerate it, or replace it.
- Never includes customer names, addresses or phone numbers
- Written for the homeowner reading your city page, not for robots
- Turn auto-drafting off if you would rather write your own
Review Before Anything Publishes
Every check-in lands in a review queue. Nothing posts to your website or your Google profile until it has been approved.
- Approve, edit, or reject with a reason your tech can learn from
- Request changes from your portal and your team gets notified
- Flag big jobs from the field so they become case studies
Website and Google Publishing
Approved check-ins post to the matching service page and city page on your website, and the branded photo uploads to your Google Business Profile.
- Edits update the existing post instead of creating duplicates
- Remove a check-in from your site with one click
- Google photo upload is a switch you control
Your Client Portal
Everything your crew submits shows up in your portal as a feed and on a map. Copy the crew link, print the QR code for the shop wall, and manage your crew, job types and branding without waiting on us.
- Feed and map views with status at a glance
- Download branded photos for your own social posts
- Turn a check-in into a short job site video
- Pull jobs in from Encircle or Albiware
Three steps from the driveway to your city page
The tech's part takes about a minute. The rest happens on our side, and nothing goes live until someone on your team or ours says so.
Tech checks in from the job
Scan the QR on the truck or the shop wall, tap your name, enter your PIN. Take up to three photos, pick the job type, confirm the neighborhood the phone found. Add a note if you want, or skip it.
Your crew About one minute, on any phoneWe brand it and write it up
Within seconds the featured photo is rendered with your logo, job type, area and tech name. If the description is blank, a write-up is drafted from the job type and neighborhood. Photo metadata is stripped and the location is rounded.
Vinnie Mac platform Ready to review in under a minuteReview, approve, publish
The check-in waits in the queue. Approve it, edit it, or send it back. Once approved it posts to the right service page and city page on your website, and the branded photo uploads to your Google Business Profile if you have that switched on.
You or your account manager On your site as soon as it's approvedQuestions contractors ask us about check-ins
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask us on the call.
Do my techs need to download an app?
No. The check-in page runs in the phone's browser. Techs scan a QR code or open a link, pick their name, and enter a 4-digit PIN. They stay signed in for 30 days. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
What if a tech uploads a photo that should not go public?
Nothing publishes on its own. Every check-in sits in a review queue until it is approved. You can approve, edit, or reject from your portal or our team can handle review as part of your service. Rejected check-ins keep their photos in case you want them later, but they never post.
Will this put my customers' addresses on the internet?
No. The location is captured as a neighborhood plus nearby cross streets, house numbers are stripped, coordinates are rounded, and anything that looks like a street address is rejected by the system. Photo GPS metadata is removed as well. You can also choose to show the neighborhood only.
Where does the content actually go?
Approved check-ins post to your website through our WordPress connector, attached to the matching service page and city page so the content lands where a local searcher would find it. The branded featured photo can also upload to your Google Business Profile. Branded photos are downloadable from your portal if you want to post them on social yourself.
What if my website is not on WordPress?
Right now the website publishing connector is built for WordPress, which is what we build and host for our clients. If you are on something else, tell us on the call and we will walk through what it would take.
Do we have to write the descriptions?
Only if you want to. If the tech leaves the note blank, a 250 to 500 word write-up is drafted from the job type and the area, written for a homeowner reading your city page. It never includes names, addresses, or phone numbers. Your team can edit it, regenerate it, or turn auto-drafting off.
We use Encircle or Albiware. Can we skip the phone step?
Yes. Jobs and photos from Encircle and Albiware can be pulled into the same review queue and turned into check-ins. Customer names and addresses are never copied over, only the job type, area, and the photos you pick.
