Teach Google Which LSA Leads You Actually Want
Our system reads every Local Services Ads lead, the message thread and what happened on the phone call, and rates it on Google's own feedback scale. Good leads get marked good. Spam, out-of-area and wrong-job-type leads get flagged with the reason Google asks for. Message leads get a personal reply within minutes, written to what the customer actually said.

Local Services Ads leads come in as messages, calls and bookings. Here is what happens to every one of them.
AI Reads The Whole Lead
Not a keyword filter. The system reads the full message thread, the call recording transcript, the zip code and the job type, against the business context you give us: what you do, where you go, what you will not take.
- Message leads: every message in the Google thread
- Phone leads: recording, transcript and AI call notes
- Your service area, job types and minimum job size
Auto-Rated On Google's Own Scale
Every lead gets rated on Google's five-level feedback scale with Google's official reason code and a confidence score. Confident ratings go straight to Google. Borderline ones get a human look first. Either way, no lead goes unrated.
- Satisfied reasons: booked, likely to book, high-value, service related
- Sensitivity tuned per business, separately for calls and messages
- A lead is never rated twice
Bad Leads Flagged, The Right Way
Google asks for a specific reason when you mark a lead poor. The system picks the one that matches, writes the note, and sends it. Then it watches the charge and credit status Google reports back on that lead.
- Spam, out of area, wrong job type, duplicate, solicitation
- Charged, not charged, credited or credit pending, per lead
- Google hears the pattern, lead after lead
Message Leads Answered In Minutes, In Google's Thread
New message leads are checked every minute and answered inside the customer's own Google Local Services conversation. The first reply is written for that lead: it speaks to the problem they described, then asks for the best number and time to call.
- Written to the customer's message, not a canned blast
- Up to five follow-ups on your timing, in minutes, hours or days
- Follow-ups stop the moment the customer or your team replies
AI Replies To Customer Questions
When a customer answers with "how much?" or "not right now" and no phone number, AI writes a short reply that answers what it safely can and asks for the best number to call. The goal is always a phone call.
- Never quotes prices or promises times on its own
- Customer shares a number? No reply, your team gets the number
- Draft for approval or auto-send, your call
Your Team Alerted, One Lead Record
Email or text your team when a lead lands, a customer replies, or a customer shares a number. Every lead, message, rating, charge and credit state lives on one record instead of scattered across the Google dashboard.
- Message leads checked every minute, around the clock
- As many email and text recipients as you want
- New leads pushed to your Google Sheet
Coming Soon: AI Phone Answering For LSA Leads
A missed LSA call is still a charged lead. We are building AI phone answering that picks up the Local Services Ads calls your team cannot get to, gathers the job details, and hands them off, so the lead is captured and the rating has a real conversation to work from.
- Built for the restoration call, not a generic receptionist
- Call notes land on the same lead record
- Ask us about early access on the call
Three steps from a Google lead to Google knowing what you think of it
You keep running jobs. This runs on every lead in the background, including the ones nobody would have gotten around to rating.
The lead comes in
A customer messages or calls from your Local Services Ad. Message leads are picked up within a minute and answered in the Google thread with a reply written to what they said, asking for the best number and time to call. Phone leads get matched to the call recording and transcribed.
Google LSA Message leads answered within minutes, day and nightAI reads it and rates it
The system reads what the customer wrote, what was said on the call, where they are and what they asked for, against your business context. It picks a rating on Google's five-level scale, the matching reason code, writes the note, and scores its own confidence.
Vinnie Mac platform Ratings drafted hourlyGoogle gets the feedback
Confident ratings are submitted straight to Google through its lead feedback API. Borderline ones get a quick human look first. Google then reports charge and credit status back onto the lead, so you can see what got credited and what is pending.
Google lead feedback Every lead rated, not just the ones someone rememberedGoogle Built Lead Rating So You Could Tell It What A Good Lead Looks Like. Almost Nobody Does.
Most contractors rate a few leads when they are annoyed and skip the rest. So Google hears a handful of complaints and nothing else. Rating every lead, good and bad, with the right reason code, is how you give Google a consistent picture of which calls fit your business. That is the part nobody has time to do by hand, so we automated it.
Credits are Google's decision, not ours. What we control is that every lead gets rated accurately, with Google's own reason codes, and that the credit status Google reports is tracked on the lead so nothing slips.
Google's scale, Google's reasons
Five satisfaction levels and the official reason codes on both sides: booked, likely to book, high-value, service related; outside area, service not offered, not ready, spam, duplicate, solicitation.
Built from the message and the call
The rating comes from what the customer actually wrote and what was actually said on the phone, not from the lead type or the zip code alone. It shows its reasoning and a confidence score on every lead.
Tuned to your business
Your service area, the job types you want, the ones you do not, minimum job size and emergency availability all shape the rating. Sensitivity is set per client, separately for calls and messages.
Charged or not, on every lead
Charge status and credit state come straight from Google onto the lead record: charged, not charged, credited, credit pending. You see where you stand without opening the dashboard.
Questions contractors ask us about LSA lead rating
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask us on the call.
How is this different from an LSA auto-responder tool?
Auto-responder tools are about replying fast. We do that too, within minutes, inside Google's thread, with a reply written to what the customer said. But the core of this system is the rating loop: reading every message lead and every phone call, rating each one on Google's scale with the right reason code, and doing it on every lead so Google gets a consistent signal about what fits your business. It also runs inside the same team that manages your Local Services Ads account, so the ratings, the account and the budget are handled together.
Does it really rate leads on its own?
Yes. Each lead gets a recommended rating with a reason code and a confidence score. High-confidence ratings are submitted to Google automatically. Borderline ones are held for a quick human look before they go, and the sensitivity is tuned per client so a business that wants a lighter touch gets one. Nothing sits unrated.
What stops it from rating a good lead badly?
It reads the whole lead, not just the type or the zip. The message thread, the call transcript, booked-appointment detection from the call, and your business context all feed the decision. The rating is feedback to Google about the lead; it does not change anything for the customer. And any rating can be edited or dismissed before it goes.
Does this get me credits for bad leads?
Credits are decided by Google, and we are not going to promise outcomes we do not control. What this does is make sure every poor lead is flagged with Google's own reason code and a note, which is the input Google asks for, and that the charge and credit status Google reports is tracked on every lead so you can see what was credited, what is pending, and what was not.
How fast is the reply, and is it texting my customers from a random number?
No. Replies are posted inside the customer's existing Google Local Services conversation, the same thread they started from your ad, under your business name. We check for new message leads every minute around the clock, and the reply is written to what the customer wrote, not pulled from a canned script. Up to five follow-ups run on whatever timing you set, and they stop the moment the customer or your team replies.
What about phone leads?
Phone leads are matched to your call tracking so the recording and AI call notes land on the lead. If a call never came through tracking, we pull Google's own recording, transcribe it, and summarize it. What was said on that call is what the rating is built from. AI phone answering for the LSA calls your team cannot get to is being built now; ask about early access.
What do you need from me to turn it on?
Your Local Services Ads account under our management, a short business context write-up (services, service area, job types you do not want, minimum job size, emergency availability), and the phone number you want in replies. We start in test mode, show you what would have been sent and rated, and go live together.
