- You can access the conversations tab on the lefthand side of your dashboard
- Messages are made up of any phone calls, text messages, or email communication
- You can mark and filter through your messages as “unread”, “recent”, or “all”
- Assign name and other contact info to your messages
- Send texts and emails directly to your leads through the software
