- You can access your calls on the left hand side under Reporting > Call Reporting
- The dashboard allows you to see an overview of answered calls, missed calls, first time callers, and duration of calls
- You can also filter calls by date, year, and other time frames
- See all your listed calls at the bottom of the screen
- From the list, you can listen to each individual call, download it, and add contact information to each caller
